How it works
The Canadian CT Head Rule stratifies need for imaging after blunt minor head injury. It is often used alongside clinical gestalt and policies for antithrombotic drugs.
Limits
Does not replace anticoagulant-specific pathways, pediatric rules (PECARN), penetrating trauma, or repeat imaging for neurologic change.
