The ATRIA stroke score was derived in a large anticoagulated atrial fibrillation cohort to refine ischemic stroke risk beyond age and prior stroke alone (Singer et al., Circulation 2010).
Grenzen
Derived in warfarin-era data; DOAC populations, imaging-defined events, and competing bleeding risk are not modeled here.
