How it works
The Lille model uses a logistic function of age, albumin, bilirubin, PT, and creatinine at day 0 to predict response to corticosteroids in severe alcoholic hepatitis.
Limits
Day-7 Lille incorporates evolution of bilirubin and PT; this calculator uses the simplified day-0 formula. Not a substitute for multidisciplinary hepatology care.
