How it works
NAC replenishes hepatic glutathione and is time-sensitive relative to ingestion. Nomograms for serum acetaminophen and staggered ingestions are outside this simple weight-based calculator.
Limits
Pregnancy, pediatric under-dosing errors, anaphylaxis protocols, and two-bag accelerated regimens are not modeled here.
